Installation information

The head is mounted on the front of the vehicle, as it needs to have a clear line of sight to the possible incoming laser light. The case is made of high grade aluminum, and is filled with epoxy resin, to keep it water resistant. The plexiglass cover on the head is quite thick, and should withstand most smaller rock or other debris.

To achieve the biggest efficiency in detecting and jamming the laser beams, the unit should be mounted as close to the license plate as  possible. It can be fitted with a special adhesive tape on the bumper or fixed with the included metal bracket on the grille, etc.
The head should always be mounted horizontally, and kept clean.
